Force twimoji instead of using default system emoji

Many older android phones (my own included) do not update emojis anymore, or have very ugly (and, in my phone's case, somewhat racist) emojis by default.
This presents a usability/accessibility problem for Mastalab, because the web client for Mastodon
- Has twimoji built-into the client instead of relying on system emoji
- Offers a full emoji keyboard.
These two factors mean a lot of newer emoji end up in Mastodon posts, which for me and many other users with older phones, don't show up as anything comprehensible.
It would be very nice if Mastalab used twimoji to display emojis instead of relying on inconsistent and possibly outdated system emojisets. It would make the app more usable and accessible to users who may not be able to afford a newer phone just so their emoji can be updated, and it would also provide better consistencey with the web experience for Mastodon. Signal, Conversations, and Discord all do this same thing, so i know it's technically achievable.
Adding an internal emoji keyboard (for the same reasons, not all phones offer full emoji support) would also be really really useful and good, but maybe that should be a separate issue, and it's honestly a less important one to me than just having emoji that work to begin with.
