Offline resilience leaves a lot to be desired
Issue
Consider making Fedilab assume there is no reliable internet access, preferring a cache and synchronize method instead. App does not cache interactions made offline or cache enough data from when it was most recently online to be useful without connectivity. Expectation would be at least the last few days (or a user configurable cache size) of recent posts and interactions. Compare to AndStatus (may even be possible to reuse their synchronization), or how the official GMail app or most IMAP clients work. Upon reconnection, fedilab should resume fetching posts (preferably from where it previously left off), send any new posts and interactions all at once.
Steps for reproducing the issue
Attempt to use Fedilab in any area with no or poor internet service, such as inside a thick building with no wifi, a rural area, on an airplane...
