Ensure that the chain parameters are consistent
By mistake I launch the chain with the following command:
Iota2.py -config my_config.cfg -starting_step 18 -ending_step 21
but the configuration yields to a builder with only 17 steps.
The chain not fails but launch only the second dask container.
If possible, the chain must return an error in this case instead of starting processing.
The case where ending_step is lower than starting_step should be handled too, currently it leads to an error which is not easily understandable for an user.
Another points:
if the chain is launched with only -starting_step
, all steps between starting and the last are done, but the list of steps are not checked
Iota2.py -config config_val_50.cfg -scheduler_type local -starting_step 16
