Browse sidebar is inconsistent

When viewing the list of blogs, the sidebar gives searching and filtering options.

Two items allow quickly filtering by language or topic.

They are called:

• [BROWSE] by lang
• [BROWSE] Topics

This doesn't look good.

They should be:

• [BROWSE] by language
• [BROWSE] by topic

Note that this might apply to other parts of the application, like the library or mediacenter, but I haven't verified. When fixing this bug, please do check them.
