Unexpected error in the driver "Version check failed (Need version 1.1.0)"
Since november 18th (I guess - can't find the error in a monthwoth of logs), the bot started to give me this error at startup :
CRITICAL - Unexpected error in the driver "Version check failed (Need version 1.1.0)"
Removing the relevant try/except clause, I got the following:

The error occurs with Mastodon.py 1.5.1 & the latest (1.6.2) and is inconsistent: 90% of the bot restarts fail but it might work for an unknown reason.
As of today mastodon.xyz
which hosts ResolverCN still runs Mastodon 3.5.3, so Masto 4.0 is not the culprit
May be the general workload on all instances of the Fediverse is to blame
