When a tab gets hidden/moved by another extension, Tab Center Reborn loses (and resets) its scroll position
So this is a bit of a corner case since it involves other extensions, but it's probably something Tab Center Reborn can do something about on its end. In any case it's pretty annoying and limits some of my ability to use Tab Center Reborn more often.
To reproduce, with Tab Center Reborn and Simple Tab Groups:
- Have more than one group in Simple Tab Groups
- Have a long list of open tabs in the currently shown group, so that Tab Center Reborn has to scroll them
- Scroll to the middle of the tab sidebar
- Right-click one of the tabs, and go to "Move tab to group", and send it to another group.
Result: Tab Center Reborn scrolls to the bottom of its tab list sidebar, losing my position and therefore my visual context.
I think the problem is that it's not expecting tabs to be hidden by another extension like that?
Further notes:
- Doesn't seem to be affected by whether or not I have focused a tab near the middle; i.e. the scroll reset doesn't seem to take the active tab into account.
- Doesn't matter if I hold down "Ctrl" while sending the tab to the other STG group (holding Ctrl "discards" the tab at the same time instead of just hiding it), the behavior seems to be the same.
