[feature request] Bottom sticky toolbar to go prev/next page, and episode.

Here is a good idea I received from a reader (Linux Gamer)about a way to improve the navigation on devices. A bottom sticky toolbar to go prev/next page, and episode.

I imagine the bottom bar could be done with CSS, and position absolute, it sounds easy to do this part. The most difficult part would be to get the button prev/next page to jump scroll to the next page (maybe with javascript, anchors, and ID of pages) and find a way when reaching the credits to change the 'next button into a 'next episode'.

I paste a screenshot to keep the idea around. It's a long term wish list item, no ETA.
