In normal weight the "n" and "d" a bit tight:

Also note that "K" and "o", and "d" and "e" could be kerned closer.
Typographic quotation marks “ ”
There are separate glyphs for opening (U+201C) vs closing (U+201D) marks (see here). Normal quotation marks (U+0022) appear like closing ones in Lavi/ah, so for the Dutch translation I strongly prefer the typographical ones (and maybe we could start using them in the other languages, too).
