weird prioritization

Some words are weirdly prioritized. I think this issue not going to be easy to close, but I need to investigate, and maybe find other sources for word "importance" (maybe JLPT? there doesn't seem to be an official list though). Currently, I use tags from JMdict and a small frequency list. Words that are not in the list are hard to order too.

Example: looking for "spicy", "辛い" is not the first result...
