The server now provides version information with its list of dictionaries
Added to the server code as a word dictionary, so the results appear in the main list

Update README
When a search gives no word results, it's considered failed and the app doesn't show any kanji, even if they appear in the search bar. An example would be looking up a rame or a rare kanji. Similarly, no examples are shown (if there were examples before, they are still shown)
Fixed on master

Kanjidic has additional information, which could be shown such as: is it a jouyou, jinmeiyou, JLPT level, and various index numbers in other diccionaries, but that could inflate the size of the file…
This could be handled by two changes:
First, the app should record information on dictionaries that were downloaded. If the dictionary is no longer available on the server, it will still be usable and listed, but marked deprecated (maybe some red background or a chip on top of the dictionary name in the dictionary list).
Second, add version information in the list generated on the server. This will allow the app to know it's not compatible, so it will not be shown. The app could encourage the user to look for an update.
