recollindex -r does not handle relative paths

If I invoke recollindex like this:

find out/ -print | recollindex -i

to index the out/ directory, it works fine.

But if I invoke recollindex like this:

recollindex -r out/

or like this:

recollindex -r ./out/

it does not update the index. However, if I instead run

recollindex -r $(realpath out/)

then the index is updated as expected. It appears that the -r flag requires an absolute path.

I'm not sure if this is intended behavior or not; from the strace output, it appears to look in /tmp/out rather than the current directory. If it is intended behavior, perhaps an update to the documentation or a warning message would be helpful, as I found it somewhat surprising.

Minimal test scripts and version information are attached.
