Updating initialAmount of accounts shouldn't be done if there are duplicates

Here is what I got :

  • I updated an account
  • The amount of an account was resynced by 1000
  • a series of duplicate operations was imported

one of the operation had a date younger than the account.importDate, and had a value of 1000. According to the code, this is a operation which caused the resync. I still don't know why we resync the account balance in this situation.
