Ability to assign certain transaction to the previous months

Created by: padenot

I receive my salary on the 28th of the month (roughly). I pay rent on the 2nd of the month (exactly).

This means I'm in the red (expenses > income) all months most of the time, until I receive my salary, at the very end, and it's technically incorrect.

There are multiple ways of solving this, from a Bayesian or decision tree classifier to a simple regex matching.
