Random issues using external_features in tests
This issue seems concern only the running_tests functions, using external features.
Two issues can break the test execution:
- A segmentation fault:
- with different number of chunks
- with different inputs numpy array
- on random chunks
- A bandmath exception:

but nbView.tif
and D0005H002_seed_0.tif
have same extent and resolution.
