Incompatibility with Microsoft SQL (Express)

After successfully installing redhopper on redmine 3.4.3 I can configure the plugin and set the modules in projects. But when entering the kanbans tab I encounter an internal server error.

After some googling I found that mssql does not have the built-in function 'LENGTH' but the same functionality with a function called 'LEN'.

Due to my very limited experience with the ruby on rails framework I am not able to sort this out myself but maybe there is just a trivial change of code necessary?
