We need to have a way to set which radio a given Koombook is for. However, we do not need to support changing the radio in the middle of the life of a Koombook.
The ideal for this use case would be to set the radio name in the configuration file. Unfortunately, due to logistics [1] that can't work, and we need the radio to be set in the web admin UI.
[1] Koombooks will be prepared in advance by our friends at BSF, with irfi installed and set up on them. After that they will be shipped to the deployment country, and **only then** will someone pick them up and configure the radio. Those people won't be able to edit a configuration file in a text TTY, and the Koombook won't be connected to the Internet at that point for the BSF folks to do it.1.0Mathieu BridonMathieu Bridonhttps://framagit.org/ideascube/irfi/-/issues/5Implement a "news from the radio" feed2018-01-11T17:14:07ZMathieu BridonImplement a "news from the radio" feedWe're just going to reuse the blog for this, but with a different card branding.We're just going to reuse the blog for this, but with a different card branding.1.0Mathieu BridonMathieu Bridonhttps://framagit.org/ideascube/irfi/-/issues/6Implement a "listen to the radio" app2018-01-18T16:27:25ZMathieu BridonImplement a "listen to the radio" appWe will reuse the mediacenter for this, with a different branding on the home page.

It seems though, that a radio show will have one of 11 themes, and that each theme will have an associated thumbnail.
Consequently we would just use the theme thumbnail as the preview of the radio show.
We might want to display the radio logo on top of the theme thumbnail as well, like a watermark.

But we want to only present an audio/video player for things they can play in their browsers.
One solution is to transcode everything to known-compatible formats:
* `<audio>`: MP3
* `<video>`: H.264 and MP3 in a `.mp4` file
The problem is that we would need to do the actual transcoding in an asynchronous task queue (e.g Celery with Redis). This will take more time to implement, configure and deploy than we have.
As a result we (@mgautierfr, @fheslouin and I) have decided to filter what we accept as inputs instead:
* for audio files we would accept:
* MP3 which is both ubiquitous and compatible with almost everything;
* AAC (in a `.mp4` container) which is compatible with almost everything;
* WAV as it seems to be what many Android phones produce by default, however that isn't compatible with Internet Explorer;
* for video files we would accept:
* H.264 and MP3 in a `.mp4` file
* H.264 and AAC in a `.mp4` file

We can't just set it by default to a more reasonable value like "1997" (say, if twenty year-olds are the main target user group), because then we won't know when people just didn't enter anything.
I'm not entirely sure how to best fix this. :confused:1.0Matthieu GautierMatthieu Gautier
