If not using
--keep-downloads, then ZIM files are moved instead of copied then removed
- reduces space usage
- faster if on same disk
Not sure it's the proper way to go but it was the simplest/less intrusive for me.
pibox-installer, it is required that we save time and space by moving the ZIM files instead of copying them into their proper destination within
Using the opposite of
--keep-downloads seems to make sense as a user not specifying it would not see the difference and a user specifying it would understand that it implies a copy.
In pibox/ansiblecube, we'd now use something like this where
/var/ideascube/kiwix would be on the same disk as
ideascube catalog install --package-cache /data/packages_cache wikipedia_fr_medicine.fr
Tested successfuly on a raspberry Pi.
