      We absolutely want to ensure they have all been tested.
      
      And with this we can remove the count of tested files, since we'd just
      see a big drop in the coverage if some files weren't tested.

      This isn't really necessary, and it makes the tests a few seconds
      faster.
      
      It also mitigates the problem identified in the previous commit, but
      doesn't fix it entirely, so the previous commit still is necessary.
