Allow Script property not sticking when one clone does not allow permissions for that property

On my own hub (5.2 at that time, now 5.4), I cannot activate the "Allow script" property for my main user to create webpages (who has clones on two third-party hubs). After clicking/activating, the setting is displayed as highlighted red - but not sticking (directly or after refresh. Sometimes, I go to a different settings page or logout/login, but essentially, I cannot activate it for my user). Once I deleted all third-party clones ("committing suicide", with permanent loss of that channel name on that URL/hub for eternity), I could activate the property and use script calls in webpages of that user.

It looks like a local property is tried to sync and, because of a lack of permission, completely disabled.
