Feature Request: internal captcha for unregistered user comments and registration forms

Yesterday i enabled ability to comment posts by anybody on internet (Channel Settings -> Channel role and privacy -> Custom/Expert Mode -> Channel Permission Limits- > Can comment on or like my posts -> Anybody on internet). I think this is a very useful function that i would like to use more actively. But in a day's work (i haven't made any notifications in other networks yet, where i usually receive comments from anonymous users) - i got four comments for approval - all of them were commercial automatic spam. I propose to consider: using a simple internal captcha to prevent this. Also, a similar captcha in the registration form would help prevent the growth of the table account on the hubs with registration is open.

I think that a simple graphical or arithmetic captcha will help to avoid spam registrations and spam comments of Hubzilla open forms.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
