Hubzilla backup and restore

Hi team. First post here. We have a hubzilla dev instance. We want to move this instance and data into a new environment (eg a backup and restore). A db dump was taken and restore to a new environment however I am advised that this does not work because the db contains tokens and ip addresses which are not suited to the new environment.

I am trying to find the supported hubzilla backup and restore options available to me. So far I have found a "channel export" may be what I am after on this page https://zotlabs.org/wiki/hubzilla-development/Hubzilla(20)Project/Home

I dont see any mention of dbdump backup/restore.

Any pointers (especially to documentation) is greatly appreciated.

Many thanks
