Search by filter metadata criteria alone

Currently if user wants to search for the video they have to type in a key word and only then they can use filter criteria.

In some cases user might want to use metadata alone as their search criteria without using keywords.

For example, I felt today like watching anything that is under public domain or creative commons and in French language. I wasn't looking for anything specific, just wanted to get a list to browse through and select something that looks interesting. Using keywords wasn't that useful in such case, it was in fact giving me less useful results than it would without keywords.

If it is technically feasible it might be useful to implement option to search by filter metadata criteria alone without need to specify keywords.
