allow lower quality in transcoding-custom-quality
The lowest quality setting (named "Default") of plugin "transcoding-custom-quality" yields almost twice the video stream size of PeerTube's actual default. Lower settings would be welcome to fill the gap.
Observed :
- On a given video, PeerTube default encoding yields a 2,4Mbps 1080p video stream : https://video.telemillevaches.net/w/pKuGPCSfba2qGDpJm5eivG?start=11m22s
- On the same video, the lowest (named "Default") encoding quality setting of "transcoding-custom-quality" yields a 4Mbs 1080p video stream : https://video.telemillevaches.net/w/7tZ55bTiv3bcnZzjzrxjJg?start=11m22s
Expected :
- One or various intermediate qualities to better balance image quality and stream bandwidth.
Proposal :
- provide a "default" quality that yields the same result as not using the plugin at all
- provide two other steps and rename profiles accordingly :
