usermod won't change home directory

The documentation indicates to the admin the way to delete the source install and to change the $HOME of the user mobilizon. But the command usermod is issued after having restarted the process, so usermod will fail because some process of the user we are trying to modify (the server) is still running. We should indicate to the admin how to circumvent this problem.
