Users confuses the save-button and comment-button
Not for the first time users misinterpret the both buttons at my surveys.
Especially if there are more options to choose then are visible on the screen (and therefore you have to use the vertical scroll bar to see all options AND the save-button on the very right side), I'm monitoring that users fill out the comment-box and click the button to send the comment. And they think they have saved/posted the doodle as well.
Actually I don't know what UI/UX Design is better:
-
Place the Save-Button below the options or make it at least more clear to save and/or the comments are a separate function. Or a simple bootstrap-popup or js-popup before leaving the page without posting the options.
-
If a user has choosen his options, but hasn't clicked the save-button and tries to send the comment before, both (doodle + comment) will be saved simultaneously.
