Why moving documentation from code repository to a wiki repository?
As we can see in commits like https://framagit.org/framasoft/framadate/commit/77afe10e4436f3192613b484b3344aaf7cd9bebe the documentation was moved from the code repository to a wiki repository. What was the reason for this?
From the development point of view, it's quite difficult to find and maintain at least the development documentation (see https://framagit.org/framasoft/framadate/issues/370).
Having production installation documentation or FAQs in another repository could make sense for people not wanting to be bothered by code but it restricts contribution. Note that the wiki cannot be edited by non-owner contributors.
