Missing translation key for Unknown (4th) vote option
When hovering the mouse over the 4 different vote options in a poll, the last one, which is the default, the Unknown option, is always shown as "Ne pas se prononcer" independently of the chosen language.
I tried searching for that string in the code but weirdly enough didn't find any match...
In any case, looking around the code, I noticed that tpl/part/vote_table_date.tpl declares the 4th option, sometimes called "hide" and other times "unknown", without a label with an appropriate translated string. For example, the "yes" option has (on line 137):
<label class="btn btn-default btn-xs" for="y-choice-{$k}" title="{t('Poll results', 'Vote "yes" for')|html} {$slots_raw[$k]}">
where the unknown option is the only one that doesn't have one. So I think that the fix would be to include something like that for the unknown option and then update the .po files to give an appropriate translation for the string in each language.
I'm still confused where that french string is coming from though...
I still didn't make these changes as I have no web knowledge and therefore am not sure that would be the right fix, and also because I wasn't sure how to test this locally afterwards. If I could get some pointers in the right direction I'd be happy to send a PR for it :).
