Handle timeout

When Etherpad is in trouble (crashed/restarted), MyPads may be displayed to the browser, thanks to its cache. However, page title is not defined, as password lengths. We should display the error for timeout that makes more sense for users.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
