Dockerized

This is version of a docker image for lstu.

For now, it uses MySQL or PostgreSQL as backend databases, and can be launched with docker-compose.

Usage: $ docker-compose up

• Support for PGSQL
• Reduce image size (cannot do Voodoo here but there is always something to take)
• Support for Minion
