How to add some extensions that work on Jupyter-interface side?
Hi again,
I'm only thinking about adding the wonderful and awesome (and not known enough) RISE extension, which offers live slide show mode in Jupyter. Check it out if you never heard of it, it's truly great.
GitHub shows that it's mostly javascript and not Python, so it's probably possible to add it to Basthon kernel and Basthon notebook.
What do you think? Would it be hard? Do you think it would be too much work to add any such extensions? Or that starting to accept (and work) to add one would just lead to anybody suggesting porting any random extensions, and would take too much time?
RISE especially is a very rich and powerful application, and the developers are still actively replying to issues (they replied yesterday to one of my odd questions!), and it's MIT licensed, so partially compatible with your choice of GPLv3 I guess.
Regards, salut, @Naereen
