Provide a MacOS client

RemoteHelpBuilder is lacking a MacOS client. Shell scripting and SSH are available, but there are some issues:

  • Apple hardware is needed to test it, and I will not buy one
  • MacOS does not seem to include a Yad/Zenity equivalent, see https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/73613/is-there-a-mac-osx-equivalent-of-zenity
  • VNC server seems included since MacOS X 10.4 and it seems we can start it from command line: https://apple.stackexchange.com/questions/30238/how-to-enable-os-x-screen-sharing-vnc-through-ssh
  • Packaging is different, see for example https://stackoverflow.com/questions/8680132/creating-nice-dmg-installer-for-mac-os-x
