Change how to navigate multiple image options, 360 degree images
When navigating images, it seems they appear not by proximity or image quality ranking, bu only by date (OpenStreetCam, Mapillary). This allows for relevant freshness, but would be good to differentiate image sources too.
I think the best way to display these would be:
- Have a dropdown box to filter image sources
- Have a dropdown box to sort images sources (OSC first, Mapillary first, etc)
- Render Mapillary images in MapillaryJS to allow zoom, attribution of image in viewer, and 360 degree support
Mapillary has really good 360 imagery coming into multiple cities but it's harder to use when not rendered.
I suggest also that instead of scrolling to the right through full size images, they be rendered as thumbnails in a small gallery, while the full size image is rendered normally (as a JPG or in MapillaryJS depending on the provider).
