'survey:date' isn't helpful - use '*:check_date' instead
I really like this tool, it's very helpful!
Sadly that's not the case for the tag 'survey:date' added by the tool.
Example:
A bus stop gets "surveyed" by identifying a feature via Pic4Review. The tool will add 'survey:date', but without looking at the history, there's no way of knowing which detail was reviewed at this time.
So maybe the image was from 2017 and the shelter detail was added by using this image, but wheelchair tag was added in 2020. Now this bus stop has a survey:date from 2017, indicating that someone should maybe be resurveying it since stuff might have been changed recently.
It would be much better if the tool could just add 'shelter:check_date=2017-xx-xx' instead. This gives tools like StreetComplete and other users the chance to identify long time not checked informations and revalidate them.
