Pages with %xx characters in the URL can't be reloaded
I create a page named é.
After its creation, if I reload this page in the browser, I've got a 404 error (CTRL-F5). Is it because the link is using %C3%A8 instead of é ? The only characters that must be replaced with %xx are SPACE and the reserved characters https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3986#section-2.2
But the problem is the same when SPACE or a reserved character is replaced with %xx. A 404 error occurs when we reload the page. Must we keep each link as it, without replacing the characters ?
