Fix circular dependency when running composer install
When trying to run composer install it gracefully fails:
~/d/g/C/Chill-Person composer install No lock file found. Updating dependencies instead of installing from lock file. Use composer update over composer install if you do not have a lock file.

Updating dependencies
Your requirements could not be resolved to an installable set of packages.
Problem 1
- chill-project/custom-fields[1.5.0, ..., 1.5.1] require chill-project/person ~1.5 -> satisfiable by chill-project/person[1.5.0, ..., 1.5.14] from composer repo (https://repo.packagist.org) but chill-project/person[dev-master] from root package repo has higher repository priority. The packages with higher priority do not match your constraint and are therefore not installable. See https://getcomposer.org/repoprio for details and assistance.
- Root composer.json requires chill-project/custom-fields ~1.5 -> satisfiable by chill-project/custom-fields[1.5.0, 1.5.1].
I think we should make sure that when running composer, it works. There should no be any circular dependency and each bundle should be independent to each other.
This is a first step towards having proper tests and continuous integration.
